Liz Solutions delivers software products and services worldwide as we provide custom software development, online website development, customized website designing, and various other services. Please contact us for software product orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

All software products and services will be delivered according to the user's requirements. Whilst all care is taken when delivering software product if anything is left according to your requirements while the product has been delivered please contact us by sending e-mail.

Software product costs are based on the application or service you have selected or order according to your requirement. Delivery and packaging fees(if any and if applicable) for our products are already included in the checkout total price; a breakdown of costs will also be displayed for your confirmation. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the software product will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

We provide software that is downloadable in nature which involves no shipping. For other services, we do not provide any guarantee for the time of product delivery since it may vary from one product/service to another. Software download orders will be fulfilled via separate email confirmation to the customer. The software download email will include download links and instructions on how to complete a download.

Some purchased items may require us to issue you with a license key. We will contact you to collect the information regarding the host ID of the computer you wish the license key to be generated against. Once we have received this information from you, your license key will be generated and sent to you immediately.
